Welcome to Mrs. Zubrickas' 4th Grade Classroom!

We are working hard to prepare for the MEAP test in October!
Reading: Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing and Daily 5 reading practice
Writing: We are practicing how to plan and write different styles of papers. We are also doing Choice Writing.
Grammar: We are reviewing nouns, verbs, and other parts of speech.
Math: We are working on place value of numbers up to the millions. We are also reviewing skills from 3rd grade.
Science: We are observing the weather and moon phases. We will be studying the Earth, moon and sun.

4th graders are required to read 15 minutes each night. They also have the job of asking you to sign their planners to show me that they have read.
Please make sure they are responsible about this! It is their job! Also, please return Take Home Folders each day to school!
