Welcome to my world....the world of Science!!
"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing."
Albert Einstein
I encourage all of my students to think outside the box and to never stop questioning for it quenches the thirst for knowledge. Here at WMAAA students have the oppportunity to engage in a variety of classes that not only challenge them to think, but get them to see how science works.
Science at WMAAA
I teach general 7th and 8th gradel science here at the academy and I take students on a trip though a variety of topics. Some of the topic I cover are: geology, topography, space (with an emphasis on the earth, sun and moon), weather, forces and motion, genetics, cellular biology, and chemistry.
Also, I have the wonderful opportunity to teach a variety of elective courses such as bridges, and the physics of flight known to many of my students as "Rockets".
