DANCE AT WMAAA
All students at WMAAA in grades K-5 experience dance as a whole group class. It is during this class time that integration between the arts and academic lessons learned in class takes place.
Students in grades 3-8 have more opportunity to take dance as an elective. Ballet, tap, and jazz dance technique as well as dance history are the focus of dance electives.
Additional classes are offered in conditioning for grades 5-8.
