The YMCA after school program has been moved to the Tri-Cities YMCA in Grand Haven. At this location we will offer many more options for activities and fun. There will be full access to classrooms, gyms, the Ace Place, the Imagination Station, and a large field in which to play. All of these things are on site at the Tri-Cities YMCA. The children will take the Harbor Transit bus from the Academy to the YMCA, where Scott will be waiting outside to meet them. Passes for Harbor Transit can be purchased through the Harbor Transit Business Office and 616.842.3200. Everyday in the after school program, we will:
· Have a classroom dedicated to this program
· Help with homework (pending parent's request)
· Provide a healthy snack
· Have FUN playing games outside or in the YMCA.
· and most importantly, Provide a SAFE environment for your children.
It is our personal goal to make sure that your children go home with their homework done, a smile on their faces, and perhaps a bit worn out from all of the fun we had. Your children's safety is our number one priority. The program takes pride in knowing that it always provides fun in a safe environment.
