I have been teaching middle school language arts at the Academy for over ten years. It's been a pleasure to work with these talented students in the smaller more personal environment we can provide.

I graduated from GVSU in 1997 with a bachelor's in language arts and a minor in education. My husband and I live in beautiful West Olive (just south of Grand Haven) with our two dogs and three cats! We have 4 adult children.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking my dogs, writing and jigsaw puzzles!
