My name is Tisha Lankamp and I am a first grade teacher at WMAAA. I grew up in the area and graduated from Grand Haven High School in 1996. From there I went to GVSU and received a bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development. I worked as a before and after school director for West Ottawa Public Schools for three years while I attended graduate school. I received a Masters in elementary education and reading from Aquinas College in 2004. This will be my sixth year teaching at the academy. I am married and have a three-year old son named Jager. I have two nephews and a niece that attend WMAAA and another nephew who graduated after attending for 9 years. I believe in this school, am dedicated to its mission, and value our integration of the arts!
